Taxis in Belgrade
Taxis in Belgrade are comparatively cheap to the rest of the world, but only if you choose wisely. Avoid getting into an “unregistered” taxi (usually having just a plain white taxi signs on the roof of the car), as they are notorious for ripping off their customers more than ten times the usual price. If you are not sure, ask a local, they will be happy to help. The price of taxi transport is regulated by the City Authority.
