The Belgrade Card is simple to use

3. Start enjoying your benefits by showing your Belgrade Card at any participating Belgrade Card attraction location!

Select Card Type

In the mobile app or on the web, choose which type of card best suits your trip. The Belgrade Card is available as a 24h, 48h and 72 hour card.

Buy Card

Enter your contact information and payment details. We accept Mastercard and Visa Card.

After successful payment you will receive the card details / order confirmation and invoice via email.

If you buy your Belgrade Card directly on your smartphone using our free Belgrade Card mobile app the card will be automatically added to your Belgrade Card app and ready for use immediately. 

If purchased via the web, you can add the card to your Belgrade Card mobile app under My cards using the code sent to your email.

Validity and Activation

Your Belgrade Card is valid 6 months from the purchase date.

The card is activated upon first scan at any Belgrade Card participating partner attraction location and will be active for the duration of the card type purchased for 24h, 48h or 72h.

Add your Belgrade Card in the mobile app

Add your purchased card into your Belgrade Card mobile app by using the order code sent to your email after purchase.

Show Belgrade Card

In the Belgrade Card mobile app your card is stored under My Cards. You can also store other cards for your family members, friends or group traveling with you.  

To receive your Belgrade Card benefits, show your card using the Belgrade Card mobile app at every participating Belgrade Card partner attraction site.

Redeem Card / Voucher Cord

If you have received a voucher code, you can redeem your Belgrade Card by entering the code on the buy card page under Redeem your code section.
