How do I add my card to the Belgrade Card app?
Using the Belgrade Card mobile app, under My Cards / Add Belgrade Card by using the order code sent to your email after purchase.
If you purchased your card through the Belgrade Card mobile app, the card will show under my cards after successful purchase.
Can I buy the card now and activate it later?
Yes. The card is valid for 6 months from the date/time of the purchase. The card is activated after the first scan at a participating Belgrade Card partner attraction location.
After activating the card, the card is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours, depending on which type of card you selected during the purchase process.
How long is the Belgrade Card valid for?
Once the card gets activated, the card is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours, depending on which type of card you purchased. The card is activated after the first scan at a participating Belgrade Card partner attraction location.
Can I buy several Belgrade Cards?
Yes. Keep in mind that only one type of card can be selected per order. All cards will be valid for 6 months from the date and time of the purchase. If you want to use a different card type please buy them in a separate transaction.
Are the 24/48/72 hour cards actual hours or calendar days?
These are hours. The card is valid for exactly 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on the period you selected during the purchase.
The card is activated after the first scan at a participating Belgrade Card partner attraction location.
Are children included in the Belgrade Card?
Children up to 10 years old are free to enter the museums or get the same benefits from our partners by presenting the Belgrade Card. For children over 10 years a separate Belgrade Card is required.

Is Public Transport included in the Belgrade Card?
Currently due to the recent change in the operator of the Belgrade Public Transport system, buying the Belgrade Card does not include public transportation.
